1- To provide scholarships for outstanding students from the State of Kuwait and other Arab and Islamic countries to conduct advanced research and graduate studies.

2 - To provide encouragement grants and prizes for distinguished researchers in the various fields of religious, scientific, literary and social.

3. Assisting scientific, religious and literary research centers and specialized vocational training centers.

4 - Establishment of charity projects and any other activity of righteousness or public benefit or what would achieve the overall goal, in accordance with the decision of the Governing Council and provided that it does not conflict with the purposes of the forefathers.

5- To improve the living, economic, social and religious conditions throughout the world in cooperation and coordination with the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, Zakat House and other charitable institutions.
